This week on the MiFit Podcast I author, speaker, and professor, Massimo Pigliucci. Massimo has earned a doctorate in genetics, a PhD in biology, a second PhD in philosophy, and has written over a dozen books. Massimo also has also spoke at a Tedx event that has close to 1 million views on YouTube. In this episode we went into depth about one of my favorite topics, stoicism. Ever since I was gifted the book “The Daily Stoic” a few years ago, I’ve been extremely interested in learning more and improving my mental game and quality of life and I owe a lot of that to what i’ve learned in researching stoicism. In today’s conversation Massimo does a great job teaching and explaining stoic philosophy at a surface level for those of you who are unfamiliar with the concept. If you are looking to expand your mental game and improve life in AND outside of the gym, then this episode is for you.
Topics

-How to use stoic philosophy to make decisions
