Ally Langdon is the wonderfully talented & caring host of A Current Affair.
Her career progression has been astonishing, she made her way into the world of journalism & media, as a Nightline producer before working her way up the ranks to be a prominent part of channel 9's 60 Minutes, co-anchor alongside Karl Stefanovic on Today Show & now the host of A Current Affair. A career that she attributes to a relentless work ethic & the occasional bit of luck- which is quite humble of her I must say.
We discussed her early life living in regional NSW where her passion for journalism was born, the development of her career path & the reasons behind the decisions made along the way, her passion for speaking on mental health & domestic violence & of course, her wonderful family.
I couldn't speak more highly of Ally. Just an incredibly kind & warm hearted person who gave me nothing but respect & her undivided focus. It made for one hell of a bloody great yarn that I am certain you will all enjoy.

Jack Post is in my opinion, one of the funniest humans on the air waves.
Jack's comedic talent shines in its own right but is widely known through his roles as the resident right hand man of GOLD 103.4FM's Christian O'Connell & the loveable often witty producer that acts as the sometimes understated yet vital waist-coast of the 3 piece suit that is the Hamish & Andy Podcast.
In this episode we went beyond the laughter for a highly vulnerable & emotional conversation in which he spoke about the challenging days of early parenthood as he grappled with heavy postnatal depression, he shared some hilarious stories from his time working alongside Hamish & Andy & we ventured into a deeper conversation around the vehicle of creativity & how he established his career in radio & podcasting.
I feel very privileged to have connected with Jack & to call him a mate. I know this conversation will be widely appreciated & helpful to so many, so please share it with your mates & spread the love.
Big Love,
Brad xoxo

G'day G'day,
Keeshia Pettit is the wonderful executive producer of some of Australia's best podcasts (Life Uncut, Two Doting Dads & Not An Overnight Success).
Her story is incredibly inspiring & a testament to the wise words 'when one door closes, a window opens', turning 2 moments that at the time were deemed failures or misfortunes into life changing opportunities.
We had an incredibly honest & heartfelt yarn about some of the life lessons that have afforded her incredible perspective, the wonderful work she is doing & the back story behind the success she is more widely known for.
I am so blessed to call Keesh a friend & I know that you will all love this episode with her!
Cheers, Brad xoxo

G'day G'day,
Had a yarn with the English rugby league legend, 400 gamer & proper hard geezer Mr James 'Jimmy Graham'.
We exchanged stories, spoke about his humble beginnings, how his passion for rugby league was born, whether he'd find net against the famous Arsenal invincible team & how his mental health was impacted by retirement.
If you loved listening to the big fella as much as I did, you can go listen to his show 'The Bye Round' on all good poddy platforms.
Cheers & big love xoxo

Jai Waetford was hailed to become the next Justin Bieber when he took the nation by storm on the Australian X-Factor at just 14 years of age.
With his meteoric rise to fame came with all of the challenges he was never prepared for, leaving Jai as he describes 'broke, depressed & lost' in the wake of losing a baby during pregnancy with his ex-partner. That was until, at the depths of rock bottom, Jai made a decision that changed the trajectory of his life in the years that followed.
This is his revival.

Denham Hitchcock made his living bringing stories to life. On our TV screens for nearly 30 years, he was the jacked, good looking cat reporting on the ground in war zones, unearthing hidden truths & sharing tragic stories & it taught him one thing: 'time waits for no one, dreams shouldn't be left on the pillow'.
That realisation was the catalyst for a major life change when he, his wife & daughter set sail on the adventure of a life time, one he reports to be quite fulfilling.
In our conversation we yarn about some of the lessons he learnt reporting on both tragic & thought provoking stories, the truth about life on a catamaran, what he has learnt about himself along the way & how this isn't just a pipe dream but a very real option for those looking to escape the rat race & how his family made it happen.

Keegan Hipgrave was medically retired from the NRL at just 24 years of age, a whole decade before he had planned to call time on the career he had set his sights on as a young man playing Australian school boys alongside some of the games form players.
His exit from the game has afforded him to the time to pursue a path he deems to be full of passion & purpose. His podcast Keegan & Company was built to normalise the conversation around mental health with elite athletes, ultimately setting an example for all Australian's who look to our sports stars as heroes & role models.
This incredibly entertaining & uplifting yarn had it all. We discuss:
- The biggest lesson he learnt from being medically retired.
- Keegs answers 'knowing what you do now, would you change the past if you could'?
- Losing one of his best mates to suicide & how it ignited a purpose to help others.
- Learning from some of the countries best athletes & sharing inspiring stories on his podcast.
- All of this amongst some incredible laughs, inspiring moments & thought provoking conversation.

Chris Griffin became an online sensation sharing heartfelt words of wisdom & speaking from his own experience as a 20 something year old. It struck a chord with over 600,000 people on TikTok & Instagram. But as always, there is more to the story...
Chris & I shared a conversation about the identity crisis he experienced as a popular high school student that threw him full force into the world of business & entrepreneurship, co-founding his first company in the software industry at just 17 years of age.
We discussed:
- The failure he experienced early in business & what he learnt from it.
- How naivety & youth can be used as a strength not weakness.
- The pillars of personal fulfilment that remain in his focus for a successful life.- The importance of the company you keep & why you should have hard conversations with mates.- & much more.
