And finally, we have someone who's come from a lineage of culinary connoisseurs - it's the incredible Michel Roux! He tells us how a life-changing Parisian patisserie apprenticeship taught him the value of mentorship and gave him the essential life skills he needed on his journey towards taking over the family business.

Joining us today is a man jointly responsible for some of the most dynamic, forward-thinking and utterly superb television we’ve seen in this country. He’s also a fabulous actor you’ll know from the likes of Benidorm, Happy Valley, Doctor Who and loads more - it’s Steve Pemberton!

And last but not least, Sophie Ellis-Bextor tells us about the time she was presumed pregnant and had to send an awkward but necessary email to correct the narrative... which she accidentally copied her mum into!
