Ken and Janell Urban each received healings they recognize as supernatural in nature that they will tell you came from God through the intercessory prayer and support of many other people. Much of that is detailed in episode 73 from last week, which you should listen to if you haven’t already. And from those personal healings came a calling from God to be ministers of God’s healings of others. Today in part 2 of our conversation, Ken and Janell detail many of the healings they have experienced as ministers for others, along with what they’ve learned to be keys to healing ministry.

Like a large percentage of Christians today, Ken and Janell Urban were what’s known as cessationists, meaning that they had been taught and believed that God used miracles, prophetic gifts, and healings in the early days of the church as a launching point for the Christian faith, but that those things ceased as the apostles died off. Ken and Janell Urban were cessationists, until each of them experienced what they believe were their own supernatural healings which subsequently led them to actively pursue the truth of God’s presence and ultimately look to become agents of God’s healing of others in this world. Today in part 1 of our conversation with the Urbans, they share the details of their own healings with us.

Last week we started a conversation with Robby White where he spoke in powerful detail about encounters he personally had in the spiritual realm that will raise the hair on your arms. If you haven’t listened to it yet, consider going back to episode 71. There are some segments in this episode that refer to the first part of our conversation in episode 71. But today, we rejoin our conversation with Robby as he tells of his experience with a prayer language, a prophetic gift, healing, communities, and an audible commission from God.

Robby White reached a point in his faith journey where he laid aside all preconceived ideas of who God was, and asked God to give him everything He had for him. From that point on, everything Robby thought he knew about faith changed as doors to richer levels of spirituality began to open in front of him, and he began to experience things he didn’t think were possible or real. Things like demonic deliverance, prophecy, a new prayer language, healing, and even an audible voice commissioning him into a mission of enormous scope. Today he shares many of those extraordinary experiences with us so we might see with clearer vision the power of God in our world.

On September 6, 2014, 15 year old Jacob Browder suffered a severe traumatic brain injury in a bull riding accident that by all accounts could have killed him, and at best should have left him non-functional for the rest of his life. As the days turned into weeks after the accident with no movement or response to stimuli, Jacob’s prognosis worsened. Today Jacob joins us with his mother Susan to detail his miraculous recovery, and the spiritual healings that accompanied the experience.

Mike Puglise, a highly successful attorney, found himself in the grips of a life of deep sin that he couldn’t escape. His life began to change after a near death experience placed him at the gates of hell. Power, success, wealth, sexual sin, spiritual warfare, a near death experience, salvation, and ultimately disciple-making are all packed into this one. So pull up a chair.
Mike Puglise is an accomplished attorney in the Atlanta area with 30 years of experience. He has represented individuals in many high-profile cases and frequently appears on network television as a legal expert. He spent 11 years as a police officer before becoming an attorney, and competed at the highest levels in weightlifting, judo, and karate. Mike’s rise to prominence as an attorney pulled him into a world of honor and wealth at a quick pace, and eventually led him into temptations that took control of his life. His extraordinary near death experience, that he details in this conversation, began his process of transformation into a life of rich faith where he is now led by his faith in all aspects.
Today’s episode is part 2 of our conversation with Nathaniel Blackburn. If you haven’t listened to Part 1 which is conversation 67, I encourage you to check it out as it will give you some important perspective to what will be discussed today. Some of you may remember Nathaniel Blackburn as Nathan from MTV’s The Real World: Seattle back in the late 1990’s. In the first part of our conversation, Nathaniel detailed how he spiraled into addiction to drugs and alcohol after finding fame in the late ‘90’s, and how God miraculously rid him of his desires for substances without treatment, and transformed him in the process. What Nathaniel hadn’t understood at that point, was Jesus. We re-join our conversation with Nathaniel Blackburn as he tells us about meeting Jesus, how God called him into ministry, and how we can all find a deeper connection with God that changes everything.

Fame at the age of 21 pulled Nathaniel Blackburn into a life that filled all of his sensual and ego-driven desires. And lacking any sort of true understanding of God, it easily lead him toward destruction through addiction and the real possibility of suicide. So how does God pull someone like that into connection with Him and ultimately into a ministry? That’s what Nathaniel and I talk about today.
At 21 years old and a fourth-year student at Virginia Military Institute, Nathaniel Blackburn found fame when he became a cast member for MTV’s The Real World: Seattle in 1998. His celebrity brought temptations that were too great to manage and spiraled him into a life of addiction that cost him everything. In conversation 67, Nathaniel details his long process of true, honest connection with God that has led him from a life of destruction into a life of compassion for others, and ministry as founder of the men’s retreat ministry, True North Retreats.

Robby Seidel had the hand of God reach down and give him an experience of such profound magnitude, that it changed his life forever, and set him and his wife Correll on a path of purpose that fills their souls. Today, they share their incredible story.
Robby and Correll Seidel lost their sixteen year old daughter, Kaitlin to sudden cardiac arrest on July 30, 2006 just three weeks after she had committed her life to Christ at a Young Life Camp in Colorado. In their grief and healing, they were invited back to the very camp on year later to retrace Kaitlin's footsteps. Little did they know that on this trip, God would miraculously deliver a purple balloon to bring Kaitlin's dad, Robby into relationship with Jesus at age 55, and change the trajectory of the lives of Robby and Correll Seidel forever.

At an early age, Brian Summerall knew religion. He could say the prayers, find the scripture, and recite creeds. But it wasn’t until he experienced the indwelling of Christ in people he met at college that he realized that he had missed something. He discovered that Christian faith is not a religion, it’s a relationship. Today, he explains.
