Hi there - it's Ashley. To my surprise, and possibly yours too, we're taking a summer break. Just a two week pause, for the rest of this Mercury retrograde and the rest of this month.

I'm moving through some things right now that are growing me, expanding my capacity, and inviting me to do things very differently. To give myself space to process, and to truly receive what's coming through.

I feel like I'm learning two things for the first time in my life. The first is my feminine energy. Being slow, soft, in flow, letting things unfold instead of rushing them with force and control. The second is self possession. Staying within myself, drawing a line and staying there. It feels like a rootedness in the pit of my stomach. My spine is tall, and there's no pride in it, just sureness. And at the same time, I can feel that it's not ready yet. I need to be quiet for a couple of weeks and let this move through me.

The Live Authentic Challenge keeps going while I'm quiet. We're stepping into week three, the threshold. We'll look honestly at the gap between where you are and what you want, and where you can take responsibility for doing it differently while still honoring divine timing. We'll practice energetic check ins. And we'll explore the threshold itself, what it looks like when your nervous system is expanding to hold more, and what it means to stand in your middle space, that place where you can see clearly how you used to do it, how you're growing, and where you're going.
