Today we have the great pleasure of having a conversation with Aaron Jannetti. Aaron is a BJJ brown belt, Co-owner of Endeavor Defense & Fitness, and the creator of Kife Control Concepts.

Aaron has a view of self-defense that not many others have. He wants to ensure that people know there is more to self-dense training outside of BJJ.

During our interview, Aaron constantly prefaces his answers by differentiating between self-defense and jiu-jitsu. Aaron's unfiltered approach to how we must be able to defend ourselves by staying in shape and continuously training is something many people might not hear.
