Many people referred to Stephenie Rodriguez as the archetypal Sydney socialite - the work hard, play hard woman with a shoe collection to match. This is not the Stephenie who is simply one brilliant women I know.

On the 29th of September 2019 her life would radically come to a grinding halt and life as she knew it would forever be altered. She contracted cerebral malaria, an incredibly rare but incredibly fatal form of malaria which nobody thought she would survive given data informed them she had a 2% chance of survival.
