May 17, 2021 ENERGY UPDATE with Arcturians from the Galactic Federation - May 17, 2021
Weekly energy update with a message from 9D Arcturian emissaries from the Galactic Federation. They bring through three messages, along with some light language, explaining what light language is used for and how it can be more efficient in transmitting information. Thanks for co-creating with me!
Love and light,
JJ

May 10, 2021ENERGY UPDATE with the Galactic Federation - May 10, 2021
In this week's update, I channel messengers from the Galactic Federation, who build on the December 30, 2020 transmission which was a blueprint of peace. They offer light language and an additional activation to explain how to invite peace, as well as three short messages to help as we shift into a higher density timeline:
Be Still

Be Aware

Be Prepared

April 04, 2021 ENERGY UPDATE with Lord Sananda - April 5, 2021
This week's energy update comes from Lord Sananda, whom many have identified as an "ascended master" and the oversoul of Jesus Christ. I felt this collective to be a higher density, very benevolent being. The message they offered incorporated three main points: becoming conscious of our connection with our higher density oversoul or monad, recognizing our ability to create our experience here on Earth, and stepping into the truth that our physical ascension "symptoms" are determined by us and the experience we have chosen to have. A lot of empowering energy came through and I hope you enjoy it!

Love and light,
JJ

April 02, 2021 Shifting from Measuring Time to Measuring Energy: A Message from the Ancient Ones
In this episode, I bring through the "Ancient Ones," or those who inhabited the Earth at its very beginnings. They offer some wonderful insights on time versus energy flow, how they are part of the same circle we are, and how those listening to the podcast can become conduits/wayshowers for the unfolding of the New Earth.

March 28, 2021 ENERGY UPDATE with Ancient Ones - March 29, 2021
Most of the time when we think of the most ancient civilizations on Earth, Lemurian and Atlantean come up. However, in this energy update, we get to hear from an even more ancient group that was present at essentially the very birth of the planet. They express a desire to connect with us to complete the circle where new becomes old and old becomes new. I hope you enjoy it and look forward to more messages from this energy!
Love and light,
JJ
