This week Amber interviews client Selanie about her experience working on nutrition for PCOS and fertility.
Selanie began her nutrition journey for PCOS on her own with keto and low carb approaches that helped her lose some weight but she struggled with lack of energy. After many years battling infertility, she came to Amber with the idea of preparing her body for IVF. After working together for about four months, Selanie became pregnant naturally and is expecting a baby boy later this year.
In this podcast, Amber and Selanie discuss what nutrition interventions they followed and talk about the experiences of following a functional approach- the benefits and the challenges.
Huge thanks to Selanie for joining the podcast for this episode!
