In this episode Patty shares how she uses lists structured around the year to set and keep track of her goals in a very ADHD-Friendly way. A few years ago Patty heard about the idea of creating lists around the year we are in (22 in 2022, 23 in 2023, etc.) on the Happier with Gretchen Rubin podcast and realized she could add this to her structure to make her lists even easier to keep up with.
A PDF of the list Patty uses is included if you want to experiment with your own “23 in ‘23” list https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MkAEIyGAueN0IPzFrvNcLWSTnGGfifg9/view?usp=share_link
