Join me in this fascinating interview with Dr. Joaquin Anguera, an associate professor in the department of neurology and psychiatry at UCSF.

      • 85 // Clarifying the God-centered Focus of Building Confidence

This episode is not a usual one. It’s not meant to be political by any means. It’s simply me clarifying the direction of this podcast and the importance of my faith.

This past week after hearing of Charlie Kirk's assassination has hit a lot of us pretty hard.

        Harder than we expected.

I keep seeing posts shared about people feeling overwhelmed by their emotions of sadness, anger and grief.

        And I feel it too.

Today's episode is raw and from the heart, and I hope it connects with you.
