So this week has been a sticky one for me, podcast wise. If you listened to last week's episode you will know why. But in a nutshell, I am away from home, with no quiet space to record in and no real technical set up even if I did 😭. So rather than miss a week/put out something I don't feel proud of, I thought I would look back through the past 60 or so episodes since ADHDFest's inception and put 5 of my favourite snippets all here for you in one handy dandy episode.
