In this episode, I speak through the lens of exhaustion, softness, and truth — reflecting on the cycles that shape our lives and the fire of awareness that the Summer Solstice brings.

I explore the natural rhythm of birth, death, and rebirth, and how transformation often feels less like becoming something new and more like dissolving what you never were. Every cycle, every moment, becomes an invitation to smooth out an energetic kink, to meet yourself more clearly, and to step closer to the Divine within.

In the beginning of the episode, Juuso joins me to share the story behind his art — and how opening our webshop was not a beginning, but a remembering. This expression has been here since the beginning. We simply had to walk the path to see it.

This episode opens under the light of the Sagittarius full moon, closing a cycle that began on December 1st, 2024. I reflect on the journey since then — what has shifted, what has ended, and what is now being revealed.

I’m releasing this episode a day early—because I can feel how much it’s needed right now. So many of us are moving through deep cycles of light and shadow, expansion and contraction. You are not alone.

On May 1st, I experienced a full day of Oneness—pure Light, complete Presence, a deep remembering of the true Self. And then, the next day… my skin broke out, my digestion slowed, my energy dipped. It felt like a crash—but it wasn’t. It was a contraction. The natural exhale after the inhale.
