What is this? Living above the line means choosing to take full ownership of the decisions we make, being accountable for the actions we take and acknowledging that we are fully responsible for the end results we achieve.

Ownership Accountability Responsibility As we encounter challenges and problems in our lives and in our work, the default for most is to play below the line.

Below the line is blaming, finding excuses and acting in denial. Blame Denial Excuses. In doTERRA, we are either Attracting and Ascending or Repelling our success, based on whether we live above the line or below the line.

Today I had the utmost pleasure of sitting down to have a conversation with Elena Brower -Mama, teacher, author, speaker, and Presidential Diamond leader with doTERRA - about her business with doTERRA Essential oils, her spiritual practice and her prolific work.

To ourselves. Sister. We stand beside these women who said yes. When they are freaking out because their first class is about to start. We open our lounge-rooms and and homes and our arms to brand new best friends. We ask them to crack open their stories and their energetic baggage and we call them to stand in the best version of themselves, even while it feels painful (and it’s gonna feel painful at times) and when they say ‘HELP’, many arms reach out. And if this is not what you’re experiencing then please create that, be that, and again that will duplicate. That’s YOUR responsibility.
