In our persona strategy sessions last week, I shared “launching isn’t just about new clients, it’s also about lead generation and so much more”. The response to this was, unexpectedly, profound! I had so many DM’s from people saying this was so valuable (and it wasn’t even something I really dived into!)

My sacral said YES to recording an episode on all the ways you can “extract all the juice” from a launch and my own personal journey. From feeling frustrated and like I was always starting from zero at the beginning, to arriving in a launch with more innovate and creative offers, as well as more ease and resources to leverage.

I read a post the other day by Simone Soel on Instagram about how when we are investing, it’s like this revolving cycle of avoiding the inner work. You can read it here - https://www.instagram.com/p/CkfvBJRpR-K/.

The cycle of buying the program, starting to consume the material and realising it takes a lot of inner work and then bailing, only to then buy the next “quick fix” program, realising it’s asking the same of you and moving onto the next thing…I’ve seen this cycle in action through my own observances of myself, as well as people around me. 

As humans, we’re wired to want the path of least resistance. 

👉🏽 The quick fix

👉🏽 The one-size-fits-all strategy

👉🏽 The least amount of work for the most amount of money

It doesn’t work that way, and at every level of entrepreneurship, what’s asked of you is something different.

What got you one place, won’t get you to the next.

It’s your ability to COMMIT to the inner work and building a strong self-concept of yourself over and over and over that helps you move forward.

It’s not a shiny strategy! #SorryNotSorry

This is exactly why there is SO MUCH personal development, somatic and nervous system work, self-concept/self-leadership work and self-discovery in my programs 👏🏽

About a month ago, I shared some stories about some of the things I was seeing circulated (particularly in the manifestation and personal development space) about money. Posts saying things like money is an extension of the divine, that it would exist even if humans didn’t exist, money is energy etc. Now, I don’t disagree that our energy when it comes to money is important. However, money is a resource. It is NOT just energy. And as part of this conversation, my friend Mandy (who is a nervous system practitioner and somatic coach) sent me a message and shared so much incredible feedback about the nervous system and how our relationship with our first primary caregiver has a huge impact on our money beliefs and patterns later in life. Naturally, I invited her onto the Podcast to riff it out with me!

I first met Claire Bone when she co-facilitated my first ever mushroom ceremony and we hit it off right away.

Claire is a medicine woman of the Earth. She was born in Undalup on Wadandi land now known as Busselton in the South West of Australia and after travelling the world has decided to plant some roots on Whadjuk land, Perth where she lives in Swanbourne with her loving partner Dev and dog Bandit.

She has walked a life of healing which has led her through many different workplaces and finally settling into her soul work as a shamanic and somatic guide to women.

Claire is the owner of a therapeutic and esoteric yoga studio in Cottesloe, Perth called Nature of Self where she teaches regularly. She also has the privilege of working with women from her home space.

One of her greatest passions is directing women back to the intelligence of their body and creative fertility through the wisdom of their feminine essence, cyclical nature and menstrual Cycle.

Her approach to ‘healing’ leans more towards an integration of the psyche in a holistic way as she sees huge benefit in bringing awareness to the shadow or unconscious aspects of oneself. 

Claire believes that plant medicine, when used respectfully and responsibly, can offer us so much support.
