In this episode we are going to dive into cycle syncing, briefly overview different forms of hormonal birth control, and go over the female cycle. Living in tune with your cycle, although a new and not deeply studied concept, has been the best change I have made for my overall health and wellness.
I want to emphasize that I am not a doctor or certified in anything we are talking about in this episode. I am simply sharing what I know to be true from my personal journey of tracking my cycle for over 5 years and the research I have done.
