Welcome to the podcast today, I will be covering some more personal topics on the podcast today. Mindset , self talk & more. In this episode I talk about how people need to have a more constructive impression on their health and wellbeing actions. Do not be so harsh on yourself if you are not doing things exactly the way you should, a small step forward is still pushing you in the right direction. I go onto talk about one of my most favourite quotes of all time "compare yourself to who you were yesterday not who someone else is today" - JP.
In this episode I have a new mic! For those of you who are interested it is a "blue yeti blackout" mic which I got just the other day for my recording of this podcast.
In this podcast I go over some of the common mistakes people make when getting into training and how to avoid / correct these.
Welcome guys in this podcast I do my best to talk about the ideal training splits for YOU. Now it is going to vary person to person, some people can put themselves in the gym 5-7 days a week and be fine. Most not ideally. The next thing is to run a split that will be the most sustainable across time. My favourite is upper lower 2-4 days per week or full body 1-4 days per week. I go through how many sets you want to hit your muscles per week. In addition I go into the best way to maintain that anabolic signal and best splits.
I talk about how poor most influencer workouts are and why they will not be for you to hit your goals.
In this episode I cover what is progression. I go into detail about what I think are not good records to keep for progression and what people commonly track. I then go into uncommon ways that indicate you are progressing through your training in the gym. I give ways on how to track and also ask you listeners how many times you hear me clap during the podcast. I do this when I feel like I'm making sense or good points. Let me know how many times you think I do.

In this episodes I talk about how there is food that is better then other food and that you should aim to eat healthier but don't demonize some of the food you and people around you eat. Everyone has different relationships with foods it is important to find a balance that you are able to sustain across time.
I go through a client experience and how we have overcome this bad relation with food.
In this episode I cover the fundamentals on how to effectively grow your glutes through resistance training, which exercises to do and why it is more efficient. I then go through how to determine your protein target to maximise glute muscle development (make that butt bigger). I talk about the mistakes I see a lot of females with banded exercises and how this is limited on the development of their glutes and how to get out of it.

In this episode I cover what dynamic stretching is and how to use it before a workout. Why you want to do this type of training before a workout and why you shouldn't do static stretching before a workout. I also suggest why it might be appropriate to statically stretch before a workout but for most of you it wont apply.
Then I go into static stretching and how to use it combined with foam rolling. What effect it has on the muscles and a small routine to use!
Let me know what you guys think, try these for your workouts and after and let me know if you see a difference.
In this podcast I go over why weights do not make you bulky. What impression I see on how to get into shape properly. Correcting you on how to get a tighter and a better figure looking outcome. How your body adapts to cardio and how not to get trapped / tricked by the short term results of cardio. How resistance training is going to be way more effective in your pursuit of your goal to look better. How to spike up your metabolism to give you more balance with your food choices.
Cardio adaptations vs resistance training.
