Growing up, having a mentor, a person who can support us and push us to overcome our limits, can be a game-changer. This is even more valid for girls and women. Although gender equality is evolving and becoming more vital in our society, there are still a lot of gaps that need to be filled. Women are still precluded from certain professions and careers because of their sex. This is where a mentor figure comes into place to push these women to follow their dreams and break glass ceilings.
Today’s guests, Delila Vasquez, Stephanie Montoya, and Rosa Martin Muñoz, will tell us how they decided to create their podcast “Cafecito Con” and which are the life journeys that brought them together to inspire women and create a safe place for them.
Delila Vasquez, Stephanie Montoya, and Rosa Martin Muñoz are an intergenerational trio and the hosts of the podcast “Cafecito Con”. Their goal is to celebrate the power of women in our community by offering a space to share, dream and learn mindfulness. Delila, Stephanie, and Rosa are from three very distinct professions, yet they came together to collaborate and make safe spaces for women.

This is where a family law attorney comes in - to help work with couples that are getting divorced over irreconcilable differences.
In this episode, I am joined by Elizabeth Jablecki Johnson. Elizabeth practices family law, and she has been involved in a number of organizations and associations in leadership positions. Throughout this conversation, Elizabeth and I talk about the reasons that couples are getting divorced, stories from some of the cases that she has worked on, the difference between a misunderstanding and abuse, and much more. Over the years, Social Media have become more and more prominent in our everyday lives. If a few years back we were using socials like Facebook and Instagram just to stay in contact with friends and communicate with them, now you can also use them to promote your business, sell products, find new clients, and many more things. All these new functions can be very helpful if you are a creator or have a business, but at the same time, they can be very overwhelming and challenging to use. This is why I decided to bring on a new guest who can help us raise our social media game.
Today’s guest, Elena Ortiz, a successful social media creator and entrepreneur, will explain how we can use social media to promote our businesses and increase our productivity.
Elena Ortiz helps business owners narrow in on their purpose, ramping up productivity, and catapulting their profitability on social media. Elena specializes in helping small businesses with their social marketing skills, and she also teaches people how to lunch an online business and make it profitable.
