I met Dr Jo Brown in lockdown - she had BIG goals that she wanted to make reality and committed to a series of our programs.  One of her goals was to partner with global elite athletes and play a role in their Olympic journey.  3 years later that dream and goal become relaity and I am so excited ot share the power of her story with you today on the Powerful Stories Podcast.

Jo has spent 20 years committed to high performance sport and has championed champions and as a sports physiotherapist has worked with over 16 different sports at international level. Dr Jo Brown believes high performance is a series of choices and if you are courageous enough to take a diagnostic look at performance, that is to " face it, you can fix it and forever fly" which has seen her partner with the Jamaican Bobsled Team to qualify for the Beijing Olympics and most recently with US track star Noah Lyles.
