Christy Joy is passionate about exercise, but not in a drill sergeant type of way. She often works out alongside her four children, and recognizes that sometimes even if a minute of movement is all you get, it still matters. We even dig in to my own exercise story. I have navigated an obsession and then, due to injury, prohibition.
She shares her methods for climbing out of the traps you've set for yourself around exercise.
