When it comes to understanding consciousness, the brain, us (whatever 'us' is) and the human experience from a scientific perspective I've managed to drag in one of the top minds in the world today to help us on our quest. Anil Seth is a neuroscientist, speaker and author who has proven to be prolific in his work around researching and presenting his findings on consciousness. Anil is a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher, which recognises the top 0.1% of scientists and social scientists in the world, by impact of their publications. (well, that's a big deal) and his most viewed TED Talk has racked up an impressive 10.4 MILLION views. 

It's fair to say I LOVED this conversation and I'll most certainly be tugging on Anil's sleeve to come back for more!
