I've got to be honest, I used to be a VERY lazy Realtor. Not like sitting around all day playing video games and napping kind of lazy, but more timid and not being very aggressive. But it wasn't until I began to learn about psychology and considering the mindset of the other side of a transaction that I realized that I was LAZY!

How was I lazy? In a few ways actually. I'd bet money that you are actually being lazy and leaving money on the table in one of these ways too.

In this week's podcast episode, we talk about these few ways that real estate agents are being lazy without knowing it, and what they can do to fix it. The great news is, once you can be proactive in these situations, and end the laziness, you'll become a much more successful real estate agent, end up selling a bunch more homes, and enjoy your career as a Realtor that much more.
