Go to any retreat, yoga class, wellness seminar, mediation event… and you will see that the majority of people in that room are females, and we often wonder what males are doing to look after their mental health. Truth is, the answer for many men unfortunately, is not a lot… and due to the idea that men are generally not as open emotionally as women, it is probably them who need these self-care practices the most. 
The Fifth Direction Meditation Australia, andWarrior WithinAsher Is Founder and Director, a purpose built space that empowers its members to turn inward with meditation and movement. He is also the President, the Founder of a men’s circle called, . 
Asher is also a regular wellbeing speaker at conferences & retreats and contributes to numerous websites and publications.
After a series of significant events in Ashers life, including the diagnosis of a progressive rare blood cancer, it led Asher to shift gears from a very successful corporate career and focus on health and wellbeing. Now a qualified mindset and leadership coach he is a certified HeartMath and Wim Hof Method instructor, as well as a KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, and has qualifications in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), geobiology, epigenetics and the social psychology of sport.
