I met GiGi Diaz through the Legend in the Making community (affiliate link), hosted by one of my mentors, and immediately knew I had to know more about this woman.

GiGi is a certified business and media coach, podcast host,  mom, 2/4 Sacral Generator, and Sagittarius sun / Aries moon / Scorpio rising — and yeah, holy moly! You’ll see right away she has a lot of fire and go-go-go energy.

BUT. After she had a life-threatening burnout experience, GiGi realized she needed to stop "trying to walk down all the paths that other people said I should be on," in her words, and instead started coaching herself to follow her intuition.

Through this, Seizing Happy, her business built on channeled guidance, was born. And today we’re talking about GiGi’s choice to use her intuition and messages from within — and ditching all the external pressure and expectations.
