Erinn loves doing her work by herself. After launching private practice in 2021, she wanted to grow her online presence to legitimize her business. She started creating her website on Wix with a single page about her services and thought it was enough to start attracting clients.
During her initial phone screenings, callers mentioned how her website "spoke" to them, but she noticed many weren’t people she wanted to work with. Erinn wasn't sure what was attracting everyone except her ideal clients. After joining Business School for Therapists, she was able to change her website so that she noticed her work was in demand, with the right clients this time!
In their conversation, Erinn shares with Miranda what changes improved her website performance. She credits being authentic and using outcome conversations for her site’s ability to reach the right clients. Erinn feels her website creates informed consent about her practice and herself as a therapist. She also shares tips for those who are having trouble starting a website.
