I am so excited today to share my autism behavior unit success with you all. I currently work part time as an autism specialist in a behavior unit in America. We have staff who specialize in different areas working together as a team with students who are deemed to have beaviors that are too challenging or aggressive for their current school environment.
We bring them to our unit and work with them each day; building relationships, trust, getting to know them, and finding out how we can help. Our goal is to be able to work with the students and help them transition into a learning environment that is suitable for their individual needs and where they can get the best possible learning experience.
Last week on my Instagram, I shared with you all a recent success story that I've had working at the behavior unit.. And I shared a photo that literally drove me to tears. You can see it on my Instagram, but I'm also going to share it down below too.
I don't often post personal story podcasts, but this story went down SO well with you all, and you were all begging for more information and details.. So I turned it into a podcast for you all!
I can't wait for you to tune in and listen to the story. Feel free to reach out to me on social media or via email if you have any questions or comments. And if you found this podcast episode helpful, please consider sharing it with your friends and family on social media.
Thanks for listening.
