Awaken Within is a 2025 women's retreat hosted by myself and Hayley from Embodied Breathwork.

Join us in the Byron Bay hinterlands for a transformative weekend filled with restoration, relaxation, and empowerment. On 170 acres of beautiful country land we will be spending 3 nights and three days together, immersing in ice baths, saunas, breathwork, workshops, and plenty of free time to just breathe.
