We all receive unwanted parenting advice from time to time, but there is another layer added when it comes to the special needs aspect to our families' dynamics. Comments and confrontations can range from rude, to ignornant, to genuinely asking hearfelt questions. We've heard it all, and if you haven't, it's only a matter of time.
