Bad Therapy

We’re getting into the messy middle of sex and relationships, the parts no one warns you about. What happens when the honeymoon phase fades? When your sex drive dips and you’re not sure if it’s just a phase or a sign? When the sex is so good it’s blinding you to the red flags? We’re talking real intimacy, mismatched libidos, setting boundaries, and figuring out when to fight for connection… and when to let go. Because sometimes it’s not about the sex, it’s about what you’re ignoring because of it.

In this episode of Bad Therapy Podcast, we’re diving into the balance of masculine and feminine energy in relationships—why both are essential, regardless of gender, and how to maintain your femininity while still having a strong, healthy dynamic.

We also share practical safety tips every woman should know to protect herself in different situations. And to wrap it up, we’re starting our new favorite segment: Pro or Con? where we read your wildest relationship stories and decide if your partner is a keeper… or if it’s time to move on. 👀
