This week’s episode has Ginny and Cassie talking about balancing the present and the future. The amount of time that you spend thinking about the future versus staying present plays a major role in manifesting.
A lot of new manifestors tend to turn their attention to the future quite often. Cassie tells us that one of the keys to manifesting is to simply BE conscious of if you are thinking about the present or future. She reveals the place that most manifestors get out of balance which restricts their ability to be present. If you’re asking “how,” you’re not in the present.
Ginny shares a recent story about how being present allowed one of her clients to get over a breakup quickly. She goes on to say that as soon as you are pushing against how you’re feeling now, you’re in resistance. The non-resistance place is to allow yourself to feel what you’re feeling, and the leverage of this alignment is powerful.
When thinking about the future life you want to create, it’s so important to think of it from a place of feeling good. From here, you’re open to be guided to that place. Ginny explains that if you are sad, frustrated, or angry, you won’t have access to the steps to get there.
Only think about your future if you’re in alignment in it. We usually think that we have to plan so much more than we actually do. If you’re ever questioning about whether you should think about the future or be present, just be present!
