Deborah Netolicky talks with Dr Barbara Watterston about leading and leadership in education, including mentoring, coaching, professional companioning and sponsoring. She is author of the report 'Insights: Environmental Scan Principal Preparation Programs' and the award-winning book 'Step In, Step Up: Empowering women for the school leadership journey'.
