Here, Shana shares a story from when she owned several clinics and managed a staff of 25. While it was fun and rewarding, it was a lot to handle. As the owner, she felt constant pressure and her workload was well over 80 hours a week. After COVID forced Shana to step back from her responsibilities, she realized just how overwhelmed she was.
