  • The Struggle is Real

    Hello Beautifuls!

Are you struggling? Do you know someone who is struggling right now?

There are so many obstacles placed along the path of life's journey. For some, it may be sickness, financial woes, hurting relationships, or disappointments.

This week Mel & Kel want to offer some strategies that work for them when dealing with the problems and struggles in their own lives.

Here is the overview of all eight, but be sure to tune in for examples and more details.

Take care of yourself no matter what.
    Bring in some positive reinforcements.
    Educate yourself.
Allow for the naturalness of it all.
    Talk with someone who cares.
    Focus on something different.
Find gratitude in the other things that are going well.
    Pray, meditate, recite a verse.

It's your life. It's your choice. This week you are invited to flourish!

If you enjoyed this week's episode, Mel & Kel would love you to share it in your Instagram or Facebook story. Why not follow these girlfriends and stay connected? And, hey, if you haven't left a review yet, that would be a fantastic way to say "thanks!".

    Hello Beautifuls!

Have you had one of those days where everything seems to be going along just splendidly? Then, suddenly, you're hijacked! Well, emotionally that is.

  • Watch Those Unintentional Thoughts

    Hello Beautifuls!

Is it possible to be positive more often than not? Are some people just blessed or lucky and others aren't? Can we be happier on purpose?

This week Mel & Kel discuss the choices we get to make each day. It's an episode that will take us back to the basics. Our thoughts create our feelings. Those feelings drive our actions. Actions give us results.

If your life is full of results you wish didn't exist, how about you take hold of those unintentional (and often negative) thoughts, feelings, and actions and intentionally turn things around.

  • Weight Some More!

    Hello Beautifuls!

In episode #127, Mel and Kel began a 2-part conversation about weight and body image. There was so much to share in the hopes of encouraging others who struggle with body shaming that these girlfriends are back for more on this obsessive topic.

Be certain to tune in this week to hear Mel's "gas station analogy" and consider whether or not you eat for fuel, for fun, or because of force. Force?! Are people really "forced" to eat? Perhaps. There's so much to tell you!
