Rollercoasters are fun, exciting, and sometimes scary! Life works much the same way.
We dare to dream and feel the excitement of what is possible. Then disappointment saddles up beside us. Suddenly, that unexpected dip or turn makes the once fun ride one we want to get off of as quickly as possible.
The trick is learning how to manage both parts: dreams & disappointments.
Join the girlfriends this week as Kel shares one of her rollercoaster HIGH moments. It's a big one! An "E-ticket" if you remember what that means. Yet, the fulfillment of this big dream of Kel's didn't come quickly or easily. It took its sweet time. Dreams sometimes do that.

"People don't change!"
Or do they?
Join Mel & Kel as they explore CHANGE this week and wrap up their 4-part series on Pride vs. Humility. Why do some people embrace change while others run far from it?
There really is something known in the psychology world called the "Status Quo Bias." Rather than cause waves or make changes that will lead to the unknown, some people choose not to change. Changing may mean a loss of what little control people believe they have.
Where do you fall when it comes to change?
Do you fail before you even take a leap?
Listen in on this week's fabulous conversation and be sure to share your thoughts with these girlfriends on the socials.

Do you have a friend who is always putting herself down? Do you try to encourage or compliment her only to be told, "You're just nice. There's nothing special about me."
How did it happen that some of us equated self-diminishing talk with being humble? It's not.
Join Mel & Kel this week as they take a closer look at humility.

It's a new month, and a new series begins this week!
Join Mel & Kel as they begin an in-depth conversation about PRIDE and HUMILITY.
Let's start with pride. Is being proud of our accomplishments "good" or "bad"?
Most of us would admit that a job well done feels good. We may find ourselves feeling proud, but if we admit that we are, are we boasting?
At what point does pride become prideful?
If you're someone wanting to find balance in your life, this 4-part series is going to set you in the right direction.
Grab your journal, and let's do some thinking about our thinking.
If you love this episode (or any of our episodes) a review would be appreciated.
