Championing yourself means being your own best advocate, knowing your strengths and weaknesses, and taking care of yourself. It can also mean having a champion mindset, believing in your potential & ability which can help you perform at your best. What if you started giving yourself credit (champion) for everything—your beliefs, ideas, opinions, decisions, actions, accomplishments, and successes, for having come this far, for achieving your goals, for being the loving, giving, dynamic, talented, awesome person you are? You may just see your whole life transform and your wildest dreams come true.
Some notes after my birthday meditation which I share in the episode: BE IT AND YOU WILL SEE IT. Do it because you BELIEVE IN IT! Not because you think it has to be because nothing has to be!! Do it because you believe it deserves to be! For you and for all!

On this Identify & Heal solo episode I share a few more revelations that came up a couple weeks back on my birthday which feel particularly relevant with this eclipse portal. Specifically the New Moon solar coming up next week (which I'll be doing an episode on). Wanting to encourage you all to consider, if you're not you're own biggest fan, why not? If you're not on the front lines championing yourself, what's keeping you from cheering the loudest for yourself and the pursuit of the life of your dreams. If we can't believe we deserve it we'll never see it happen. So time to get behind yourself once and for all!
