Circadian Rhythm and Longevity Diet: Focused on Body; we circle back and talk about the longevity diet and circadian code now that we’ve been doing it for almost 2 months. Back in California happy to be home had a stressful week which was a moment to reflect on life in general and how everything is interconnected (mind-body-soul). Not sure if I have turned into a Northern Californian but I seem to have a new hummingbird buddy who keeps visiting me on my front stoop - kinda amazing. Been sticking 100% to Circadian Rhythm fasting and mostly Longevity Diet; except for the slice of pizza on Friday - hey I’m just human :)

Kristy’s update after 4 days in Oslo - she shares her dealing with stress before a friend’s wedding trip, a reminder about how getting and providing “space” can help day to day, she added 2 new weekly focus areas based on this trip “stress” and “jeans” with a renewed focus on dropping a few pounds to be able to wear her cutoff jeans shorts without “friction” and a question as to why people in Oslo seem so healthy?

Kristy shares her first week (but not last) of Circadian Rhythm fasting while at a wedding in Sonoma County CA. Was a blend of amazing friends, chill day, and way too much driving followed by a no driving Sunday. And a quick preview of Oslo Norway for a second wedding weekend!
