Being Caught In The Middle of Vax Mandates

Whether we like it or not, the discussion on vax mandates will become more prominent over the next few months as companies who aim to return employees to offices will have to decide what requirements they'll put in place (unless the government makes that decision for them, of course).

And unless all of your team members are fully vaccinated, you as a front-line or mid-level manager will likely find yourself caught in the middle.

You want your team members to be happy and to feel heard. At the same time, you know that you have the duty to enforce organizational requirements.

Many of the leaders I have been talking to shared that this topic makes them nervous. For that reason, I decided to record this podcast episode to share my point of view and help you navigate the conversations that you may need to have with employees. I also talk about what potential pitfalls to be aware of that if not avoided could quickly erode the trust you have in place with upper management and directs alike.
