Hey everybody! So excited to announce that starting tomorrow, Sep 26 and going through Nov 11, we will be starting a daily (every weekday at 4pm PST) "sangha" or spiritual community space that will be focused on the following ways of growing:

Mondays: Waking up (remembering our true non dual nature)

Tuesdays: Growing up (doing emotional work and practices like "nonviolent communication")

Wednesdays: Cleaning up (shadow work using technologies like existential kink and the sedona method)

Thursdays: Showing up (communal support and space holding)

Fridays: Open mic (a space to share and get feedback on things we are all creating in the world)\
