She has 12+ years experience supporting families through trauma to find growth, strength and beautiful resilience they never knew possible. Her online courses have over 2400 students from 36 countries. She previously taught childbirth education with Hypnobirthing Australia and ran Birth Trauma Training for Birth workers - the podcast. She has been featured in the Sydney Morning Herald, Kidspot, Essential Baby & Essential Kids. In 2020 she was a finalist in 2 categories for the AusMumpreneur Awards. After experiencing her own birth trauma (twice!) she quickly learned how little support and training there is for our birth workers who hear and witness these stories every day.
