Andrew explains the Burnout Continuum model that he and Dr Tom created, and why it is important to spend a large proportion of time in the green zone and avoid dropping into the red zone at all costs. Listen to an example of a high-powered executive they coached who was so far into the red that the only option available for him was to leave his industry and find a new occupation that had far less responsibility and pressure
