We have one email today, and when I tell you it definitely is one of great frustration. We will be discussing black women in senior roles who use that role to antagonize other black women in the work place.

I truly hope we can attempt to make better choices at work an to be a support to each other rather than the reason a lot of us never ever want to work under a black woman ever again.
