We're taking it wild in this episode with mountain runner Emily Keddie.

Emily is the queen of over 20 FKTs. She is an ultrarunner who never saw her life going in this direction until it did, and now she's en route to realizing her goal of climbing 2 million vertical feet in 2024.

She says she is leading with her heart more than ever this year and has learned more than once along the way that sustainable love for and belief in oneself do not come from outward achievement and that imposter syndrome is something that we all experience.
