It’s easy to gloss over poor sleep as no big deal but it can have an enormous impact on insulin resistance, blood sugar regulation, and long-term health outcomes.

In this episode, I talk through the ins and outs of sleep and blood sugar, and most importantly,  my biggest tips on how to get a good night's sleep so that you can reap the benefits!
