After being diagnosed with borderline personality disorder (BPD) at 14, Jayde’s family started to see the patterns of BPD throughout three generations. This one wasn't great ya'll - I don't have much to say about it other than holy triggering (this is Sara speaking). Emily (IG @emzigreen) is a mental health advocate from Newfoundland, Canada. She shares her story of living with BPD, ADHD, OCD, and Emetophobia (the fear of throwing up). It turns out that Laurie wasn’t the only one who brought bags and jars with her to throw up into for years - so validating! 

Emily also shares what it's like to access services on a small island like Newfoundland and the impact substances have had on her life.
