The media is a bit of a dumpster fire when it comes to representing BPD and Cluster B personality disorders at the moment. Which is terrible because May is BPD Awareness Month. In an effort to turn the minds (like my DBT reference there) about what this diagnosis is, can be and humanize it I wanted to create an initiative where others can share their stories through this Podcast.
