I am always excited to find the science to back up what we intuitively know. I met Amy Maughan and Dr Chez Leeby on a recent trip to Columbus Ohio, where they were part of "The Goodness Tour" event at BaseCamp Recovery Center.

When I work with people to help them to find their purpose, we spend the first day discovering what they do "Effortlessly, Fearlessly, Playfully" I reckon "When you have more fun you'll get more done" and you'll be "Alive with purpose".

Food Clothing and Shelter are Life, Music and Art are Quality of Life. The Goodness Tour is an organization dedicated to bringing music and art experiences to people facing adversity all over the world.
