I am always excited to find the science to back up what we intuitively know. I met Amy Maughan and Dr Chez Leeby on a recent trip to Columbus Ohio, where they were part of "The Goodness Tour" event at BaseCamp Recovery Center.

When I work with people to help them to find their purpose, we spend the first day discovering what they do "Effortlessly, Fearlessly, Playfully" I reckon "When you have more fun you'll get more done" and you'll be "Alive with purpose".
