For the first time as a health and fitness professional I am happy to say that some of the trends I saw this year are LEGIT and we should bring them into 2023!
If you want to lose weight and keep it off forever these healthy habits are ones to implement!
1. Hot girl walks
2. Pilates/ Barre - deep core connection
3. Progressive Overload Strength training goals that have nothing to do with the scale or size.
4. Meal Prep that is nourishing and delicious! No more bland "bro" meals.
Check out Feminine Edge Collective!
In the midst of my celebration and my chaos join me in this conversational podcast where I talk about cancelling plans when your a mom, having meltdowns over it, what I do for my work/ my businesses, and the great things coming to Feminine Edge Co in 2023
For years I have felt like my "success" hasn't measured up or I have been going backwards! I've had big dreams and goals with everything I set out to do and when things "fell short" I would feel like a failure.
Why is it I am not hitting the goals I was setting and with each defeat my mindset would spiral.
Now because of this book The Gap and the Gain I measure my life by a different standard.
I now prioritize an evening routine instead of a morning routine.

Do you feel low energy, moody, and crave junk all the time? I have talked with so many women that wonder why their energy, mood, and emotion is low and when you don't feel great that impacts every other aspect of your day to day and how you show up in your life.
This episode shines light onto two topics - high cortisol and insulin resistance - that are two factors that could be a cause of your low energy, mood swings, crazy cravings, and emotional regulation.
To join the Feminine Edge Collective and master these two topics for higher energy join us in December.
Another chit chat episode on a lot of topics everything from depression, sleep deprivation, being authentic on social media, flare leggings, mini ugg boots, Walmart finds and more!

Today is a fun episode to lead us into the holiday season!
I was thinking about what holiday traditions I love and which ones I think are overrated - then I asked you on instagram to chime in and you guys gave me some fun topics to talk about!
I think the holidays can be special in every season, but with every season comes things that get easier and some things that get harder!
My hope is you set a great intention for this holiday season and settle into it! Be unapologetic about whats best for you and your family! Sending you love!

Today on the podcast, we're talking about hustle and hard work.
Hustle and hard work are not the same thing! Did you know there is a difference between them, and the difference is clear because one is busy, unintentional, and self serving. While working hard is purposeful, impactful, and aligned. No matter what you do for work when you see it through the lens of working for God and bigger purpose beyond our own understanding that serves others.
Confessions of A Crappy Christian is the book mentioned.
Weight loss has become a complex and complicated topic because the diet and fitness industry makes a lot of money if they can sell you something to "fix" your problem. But what if you took a simple, realistic, and proven approach to lose weight and keep it off forever!
I am talk with Eva Rodriguez of www.eva.fit host of Uncomplicating Weight Loss podcast, certified life and weight loss coach.

Remember when BRB meant you were stepping away from the computer to go live your actual life? Maybe it’s time we bring that back.
BRB with Joelle is a lifestyle podcast for millennial women who are ready to spend a little less time watching everyone else live their lives—and get back to living their own.
We’re talking work, wellness, motherhood, marriage, fitness, style, routines, changing priorities, and figuring out what you actually want when you stop measuring your life against everyone else’s.
Expect honest life updates, conversations that feel like catching up with a friend, a healthy dose of ’90s and early-2000s nostalgia, and encouragement to put down the phone, stay in your own lane, and make your real life the one you actually want to be in.
BRB. We’ve got a life to live.
