self-awareness
This episode is a must-listen if you’ve ever struggled with perfectionism, discipline, or the fear of slowing down. Kate’s story is a beautiful reminder that true transformation often begins with letting go.
Kate Winter is a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist based in Brighton in the UK.
As a former Police Officer and senior leader in a Rape Crisis Centre, Kate has spent the past twenty years working on the frontline of trauma. Moving away from the idea that trauma is something to be 'healed', Kate works on the premise that trauma can be used as a vehicle for individual and collective transformation.
With additional experience as an Ashtanga yoga practitioner and Personal Trainer, Kate uses traditional psychoanalysis, yoga philosophy and movement practices to help clients bring about lasting change.
