These fears fall under the subcategory of OCD commonly known as “Harm OCD”. So in this episode, I’ll cover the fear of harming yourself or harming someone else, some common behaviours that reinforce this fear, and how the treatment process works.

In this episode, I am going to discuss the fear of making a mistake - also called ‘atelophobia’. I will discuss how this fear develops, common symptoms and experiences, and what to expect in the healing process.
As with most fears and phobias, people with atelophobia dedicate a large portion of their time and energy to neutralize their fear. People that fear making a mistake also often become so concerned about making mistakes that they wind up falling behind at work or other areas of their life paradoxically.
So in this episode, I’ll cover the fear of making mistakes, the different ways where it can manifest, and common behaviours that reinforce it.
Enjoy.

“Once you choose hope, anything’s possible” - Christopher Reeve
In today’s episode, I just want to offer a message of hope for the future, especially to my fellow Americans, as we all navigate the chaos in our country. As if the pandemic and quarantine weren’t hard enough, there seems to be an increasing amount of division, anger, and hostility that continues to spread.
During these difficult times, hope can act as a north star and ultimately guide us to a better future. The only way that we can heal as a nation is if we as individuals take responsibility to make that happen. And as always, it begins with the individual, each and every one of us. Together we can make it happen if we believe that it is possible.

Have you ever heard the phrase “seeing isn’t believing, believing is seeing?
And have you ever stopped to consider what that means for your own life?
In this episode, we are going to discuss belief. Belief is one of the most fundamental components of change in our lives. Shifting our belief allows our behaviour and attitude towards something to change.
Your beliefs play a huge factor when it comes to making change happen in your life. Remember that on your journey to recovery, change starts from within by shifting beliefs. And when you change your beliefs you change the way you perceive the world.
