In this episode, I want to address one of the biggest problems with living in a state of Anxiety. Aside from being bad for your physical health, the problem with anxiety is that there is a part of you that thinks you are being completely logical and rational, when in fact you are completely lost in emotion. This usually leads us to make decisions that don't align with our best interest over the long term. So in this episode, I want to discuss how to recognize when we are in a state of anxiety and what to do when we experience anxiety.
